Roseacre Pub Company was formed in 2014 with the aim of creating the best local pub restaurants, serving excellent food and drink accompanied by friendly, caring service and great value prices.
We are an independent, family-owned company with 10 venues across the Midlands. Each pub is managed and operated individually but with the common values of our parent company so wherever you are, you really will feel part of the family.

Overcoming nerves and applying for her first ever job, Mia discovered first-hand the warm and supportive culture at The Dovecote, Narborough, and through challenge and investment from her team, has progressed to a chef role while continuing college studies.

James is one of our multi-site managers, responsible not only for his own site but also supporting other General Managers to develop their leadership skills in theirs.
James demonstrates our people-first values in everything he does, building strong relationships with the teams he works with and creating a positive, hungry-to-serve culture that benefits everyone; guest, team and business.
Katie has been at The Lime Tree for 3 years on a fast-track journey from Team Member to Assistant Manager, and continuing to build future plans within Roseacre Pub Company.
A perfect example of our ‘People First’ culture, Katie fully understands the value of coaching and supporting her teams in order to give guests the very best experience, and creates a work environment that gets the best out of everyone.

The Dovecote was our first pub and has been the starting point for many of our staff on their Roseacre journey.
Our businesses are nothing without people, and Charlie is the epitome of our people-first values.
Charlie has been part of Roseacre for nearly a decade, climbing the ladder at The Lime Tree before being General Manager at a number of sites.
Today, Charlie is responsible for the day-to-day operation at The Dovecote and The Bull, as well as developing career routes and company culture to take Roseacre to even better places. Charlie is a true leader and her personality makes it impossible not to follow!

Ethan joined Roseacre 6 years ago and while he didn’t click with his original role, we supported him with additional training and opportunities to find his niche. Today, Ethan is a key member of management team at The Bull in Broughton Astley, as well as supporting colleagues in Head Office with his eye for details and data.
